Yoga and self-development have been a part of Debs life for more than 40 years. She is passionate about the guidance, support and healing that Yoga can offer all individuals. She began her formal studies of Yoga in 1995 where she studied with the Gita International School of Yoga in Abbotsford. Over the years she has continued to study her passion, and is a Level 2 teacher with Yoga Australia and has accreditations in Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation, Ayurveda and specializes in Restorative Yoga.
Her classes are gentle, eclectic and functional. She draws on a wide experience to incorporate a variety of styles, that encourage the body to open and strengthen, while simultaneously settling and soothing the nervous system.
It is Debs belief that yoga should be accessible to all participants.

Yoga Ease offers an eclectic form of yoga, which draws upon the influence of a variety of styles. This diversity helps to make yoga accessible to all participants.
Classes are breath centered and can be considered a 'work in' rather than a 'work out'.
